Rattle behind the lower grille was driving me up the wall. Turned out to be the condenser fan with sand in the housing. Cleaned, part swapped, done. Fast, tidy, explained what he was doing.
Two other outfits had been out and both just scraped the ice off the back wall of the freezer. It came back within a couple of weeks both times. This guy tested the heater and then the seals, found one door gasket had gone slack, and the frost hasn't returned since.
Baking in our little cottage kitchen had gone off, everything coming out pale and underdone. He put a thermometer on the center rack, ran the Wolf a while, and it was about thirty degrees under. A sensor and a calibration, not the new range I had already started shopping for.
